Depends on the type of wood. Okoume is about 30 lb/cf Meranti is 37
lb/cf. US marine fir plywood is about 35 lb/cf. In general softwood
plywoods weigh about 5% more than the wood it is made from. Heavier
hardwood plywood is around 2% heavier.

Anyone can give a quick answer to Plywood Density? Or just average weight
per square foot of .5 in Plywood.
It seems my calculation to by boat weight is wrong.

Thanks in advance
