Actually, as it's ONLY for US and Canadian Skypers to call from INSIDE USA
and Canada TO USA and Canada, The price is $US14.95. I don't think it's
offered in Europe or the rest of the planet, probably because of the
government-owned, or at least controlled, telephone companies and those
awful taxes to support "free socialism", like medical.

The offer is only on this side of the pond.
