I can see some government bureaucrat telling Bubba he can't have his foam
beer cooler for the pickup truck. The alligators in the swamp would love
him...for dinner...(c;

Oddly, 2-stroke South Carolina, downwind from everyone else West of us,
has clear blue skies and clean lakes and rivers with lots of 2-stroke
outboards. California, with all its restrictive laws jumping the price
of everything in sight, looks like a sewer with unbreatheable air all the
time. This would lead me to believe CARB is off target, way off
target....right?
