Engine seems to rev fine in driveway with muffs but in the water it acts
like its dragging anchor. Also seems to be losing gear lube from lower unit
rather quickly.(Floating to surface in water, very visible) Have installed
new pugs and draing fuel tank and replaced with new fuel but to no avail.
Any thoughts would be most appreciated.
