Not even close. After decades of sailing and cruising, we've decided that a
boat in the 38' to 44' range is ideal for our needs and purposes. We
haven't found anything of interest under 40', thus my comment. As for our
financial picture, that's none of your business.

Sorry, but that's not the way I do things. I'm interested in boats I'm
interested in, not ones that are at some particular price point. If you
found a
34 foot boat that suited you, you wouldn't buy it because it wasn't the
biggest
boat you could afford? That's too bad.

That's also ridiculous, and not even close to reality.
