I don't think I've ever had Stilton. Seen it, but haven't
got 'round to it yet. I was thinking about subscribing to
the Williams Sonoma 6 month cheese thing...maybe I'll just
get their menu and go buy them myself. The cheeses at Whole
Foods have gotten a bit lower end of late, but they're the
best shot in town. It's a Sailing town so the food and
restaurants really suck.

stinky cheese is the best cheese...I like all the
varieties of Swiss...my alltime favorite cheeses,

the regular grocers have Stiltons in their cases, but
not down here...

Sounds delightful. Stilton makes a great additive cheese
in Welsh rarebit.
