Frozen parts - PB Blaster?
Roger Long inscribed in red ink for all to know:
I've got to drive the long stainless hinge pins out of my aluminum
framed Atkins Hoyle skylights. AH said to soak in either "Solvo-Rust"
or "Corrosion (something)". I haven't heard of either of these products
but suspect they have different stuff in Canada. Would this just be the
Canadian equivelant of PB Blaster and similar compounds?
Any experience or opinions on whether there is something better than PB
Blaster to use here appreciated. I would expecially like to hear from
anyone who has removed the covers from their Atkins Hoyle XR skylights.

Being in Seattle, (aka "Jet City"), the most common recommendation here
(after WD40) is BoeShield T-9. I have a can which I intend to use to
free up a frozen sheave in my mizzen mast, but I haven't gotten up there
yet to try it out...
