Make sure it fully fills the slot and it is a snug fit.

I've also taken my oldest "BMF" screwdriver and ground it down to make
sure it's snug in the slot. Just make sure you grind it square. The
biggest thing you are looking for is mentioned above, make sure it fits
in the slot snug.
