Default What the heck kind of boat is this? Any guesses?

Looks to be a Submarine Assist Vessel. A way to extract crew members for
what ever reason, ie. medical/ family emergency or possibly insert or
extract special forces, while the submarine is at sea. * Keyport Sub
base is close to Anacortes. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Keyport isn't a Sub base, and its not close to Anacortes. Well at least
not as close as Sub base Bangor.
