As a matter of fact, if you DON'T stop to help, you've broken the laws  
which REQUIRE you to help. 
 
Right, but then there's how you define distress.  That old man you 
helped was just out of breath.  If you hadn't pushed to help him, 
it might have ended much worse. 
And some of these old-timers are stubborn as hell.  Doesn't mean 
you can't be more stubborn to keep them alive. 
Get's down to "not on my watch!"
