the AGore people tried to change the rules after the election, and did not
succeed, does not make Bush appointed.

Are you people really stupid enough to believe that, if Bush didn't
have his little brother as governor of Florida, and that if Kathleen
Harris didn't interfere with the process, that Bush would have still
