Doug questions the knowledge and experience of Iranians
with regards to
carrier operations and aircraft. I'm just pointing out
that Iran was the
only nation outside of the US to fly F-14's the most
sophisticated aircraft
of its time and capable of launching phoenix missiles.

Note that they have shot down multiple planes with one

It would appear the Iranians are quite capable and possess
some formidible
weaponry. Both the capabilities and weapons were supplied
by the US. You
can't beat American weapon systems and training.


One again, America screws itself. I don't understand why
the Liberals
haven't caught one and are whining about America arming up
the Iranians.

This is only the tip of a very large iceberg. Don't get me
going on what
nuclear capabilities the US supplied to Iran. Notice Bush
is worried about
Iran and not North Korea. Iran has had some help from the
world's foremost
nuclear armed nation in getting their own capabilities up
and running.

It's going to get ugly.
