So essentially a dead heat. Yet again. 4.1% is a rather large moe. weak
sample? poor methodology?

The key is "including 563 likely voters" The mainstream media always
resorts to open polls to bump the numbers of their conidate, and in this
case to make it look like there is more movement than there was. Non voters
traditionally have leaned heavily liberal.
