Why would you become confrontational with someone who has no decision
making authority? She is a very nice volunteer, who was laughing at you
as soon as you walked away. Even if she agrees with your assessment, she
was laughing at your behavior.



No, she wasn't, because at least five other people around me were asking
her the same questions.
