VOTE EARLY AND VOTE OFTEN!!!!!
Problems at my voting place: It's a fire house. They put the voting machines
at the top of an extended ladder. If you can't climb, you can't vote. And,
the extension cord keeps losing its grip on the machine's short cord. They
can't tie a loose knot to keep them together because the fire chief says
it's dangerous to bend wires that way.
They say there shouldn't be a problem, though.
Sounds like you have a Republican fire chief.
Naw. Requiring voters to climb a ladder discriminates against the
fossil contingency. The majority of those old folks tottering in on
walkers are voters that a Republican fire chief would
definitely want to see accommodated. A really clever Republican fire
chief would order a series of fire drills, about an hour apart, that
would require mandatory evacuation of the polling places down at the
local university. (Put down the flame throwers, please- that was a
joke).
