'07 BMW X5 4.8 (limited info out right now)
or
'07 MB GL450
Any thoughts? I have an '04 X5 4.4 right now. I've never had a
Mercedes but I am impressed with what I see in the GL.
Jumpin' Tree Frogs...
And I'm bitchin about the price of a 2006 F-250 diesel!! :)
There isn't that much of a difference!
I suppose if you consider $20,000 dollar difference minor. :)
What's that GL450 run nowadays.
A Ford F-250 base model is nearly $51,000 depending on the
specific model.
Bull****!!!!!
Kevin has come to play. Obsessed???
I just "built" a fully loaded F-250 on ford.com and the MSRP came to
$54,065. It was almost $51K before options. To help you with the math,
that is only $1610.00 less than the Mercedes Benz GL450 base model. Now
start spinning my post...
I'm not going to spin, but I've got to believe that there is some kind
of problem here.
The F-250 4X4 I just dealer priced, XLT, tow package, plow package,
extra cab, eight foot bed, liner, auto trans, fabric interior came to
$34,745 before trade on my truck. They have a diesel for $37,950,
same package. We're still arguing over what my truck is worth.
That's a fact and I can scan both truck's spec sheets.
Now I don't know where you got $54,065, but that ain't anywhere near
$34,745 or $37,950 and from what I can gather, we priced similar
trucks.
http://www.ford.com is the source. I also have a customer who spent
that kind of money on an F-250. It's the H-D edition plus options.
We're not comparing vehicles here since they obviously are not
competitors for the same market. The "challenge", if you want to call
it that, was that a F250 could (or couldn't) run into the $50K range.
Kevin managed to hit about 15 keys and hit send without checking it out.
Before the resident hot head jumps in and delicately edits my post, I
clearly said "A Ford F-250 base model is nearly $51,000 depending on the
specific model."
