I haven't tried it yet. The wife is not a big fish fan. But, thanks for
reminding me. She's out of town this week, so tonight I may give it a shot.
I'm not sure, anymore, which recipe you're referring to, but the one I'm
going to use is:

Fried Catfish

¾ cup Bisquick
½ cup yellow cornmeal
1 tablespoon old bay
4-6 catfish fillets
½ cup ranch dressing
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Lemon wedges

Combine first three ingredients in shallow bowl. Dry fillets, brush both
sides with ranch dressing. Dredge through the breading and press breading
into fillets.

Cook in hot oil 3-5 minutes per side. Or in deep fryer 3-4 minutes.

Renee is doing well. Somehow she manages to keep her spirits high - much
higher than mine. I sent your card (I assume...I didn't open it) to her
along with her birthday card from us. I just mailed her card to her
yesterday, so I doubt if she's received it yet.
