NOAA was calling for 15 -20, but it was blowing about
10,
then 5 minutes after the first start it died . It
gradually
picked up again and the fleet had some great wind to
head
down to Norfolk. I ailed with them for awhile, then
headed
back to Annapolis where a free meal was waiting.
