Pull the windward jib sheet until the jib is backwinded, cleat it off.
Push the helm over.

Ok, I can see a problem with this approach if you're flying a 150%
genoa. Or even if you're using a smaller one and it's blowing. A
difference between dinghy sailing vs. keelboat.
