Is there any way the cylinder could have
gone bad just by sitting unused for two years.

Yes, when the rings rusted themselves to the cylinder walls from the WATER
that was in the cylinder when it was stored.

Is 105 about right? The
seller said it ran fine when I bought it. I know it's dumb but I just
got around to trying to start it. I need to find a ring kit for this?

I'll need more than just a ring kit....That's wishful thinking....

so what is involved then? thank you.
