Chuck can not control this NG, he can point out those who are obviously

Yes...if this is done fairly and evenly, of course.
Also..Chuck usually goes beyond 'pointing out" and actually attacks
those in his sights. He is quite talented at addressing people in a
manner that appears pompous, arrogant & condescending all at the same
time.
I do admit that I used to enjoy the display when the recipients were
someone else..such as Skipper or Karen.
When my turn came it didn't seem so funny anymore.
Bottom line..I see Chuck as just another contributor to the problem
here...albeit a silver tongued one.
