Saw that, a friend emailed me the same link. Don't have any
info but can offer some comment.

Despite the color, I don't think it's a gov't agency vessel.
They generally have different sensors than this (std
commercial radar for example) and the advanced-tech gov't
vessels tend to follow a pattern of other technologies like
wave-piercing or submerged hulls. This cat looks more like
it has Polynesian hulls. The shock absorbers on the
crossbeams are a nice touch.

I'm betting that this is either a reasearch vessel or
somebody's very expensive toy. It is a pretty cool boat though!
