Default SCREW New Zealand !!!!

As usual Oz, you don't make any sense in your statements.
You present an "either or" option, neither of which is appropriate.

New Zealand has no right to these pieces. They failed
to protect "The Cup"--none of it belongs to them.

If New Zealand wants to fund underprivileged kids in a sailing
program the RNZYS can fund it themselves--they can afford it.

While an argument could be made that the pieces should
go to Alinghi--as they currently hold "The Cup", I feel these
pieces should go back to the trustees of the American's Cup,
the New York Yacht Club.

They should be returned to the New York Yacht Club and placed
in one of their display cases with a short article on how they
came to be damaged.

They should not be auctioned off.

Ummm tell me Bart, what would you suggest they do with the damaged
beyond repair bits....tack em back on?

Any funds raised will go toward a sailing program for underpriveleged
NZ youth sailors....would you prefer it go into Alinghi defence
coffers?
