Ya got that right. So did Jim and Larry.

Oil at $57/barrel today. CNBC described OPEC as trying to " build a
floor" under the decreasing crude prices. If this is a "free market"
why can OPEC keep the price of crude from going below $55? Looks like
the good ole boys are out making some good news for the administration.
