Ahh... goofball here we look for wind speed in MPH or knots. Thats why
Scotty passed you on your force answer. Indeed it may be a force 10,
but what is the wind speed?, you can use thoses Kph numbers, I'll go
look at the speedometer on the car to calculate the proper MPH for you
if needed.
