I think Bob's referring to the fact that having a 2 year old provides
plenty of exercise...been there, done that and I'm here to tell you, if
you're an active parent with toddlers you very seldom carry any excess
weight..(unless you eat what's leftover on their plates..yech...)

But I don't buy that one kid provides you with enough exercise - maybe two
or three headed in different directions.

Those dog shock collars work well on kids.
