Do you know how water tension works? The way the mickey mouse shaped
molocules attract and hold each other? Well I've discovered a way to
make them repell each other, quite by accident.

Let me guess... you're gonna funnel the oil slick behind your boat to the
bow???

CM-

I wish, oil slicks repel rust, but the tree hugging putzes pitched a
bitch last time I tried to preserve my hull that way. Like Charlie
.....you are only thinking about the surface tension effect of the water
molecules and fail to dig deeper. See water molecules look like Mickey
mouse heads http://www.shorstmeyer.com/jpgs/watermolec.jpg

and spin to align at the pole and have a strong attraction (tension)to
each other like a magnet, I've found a way to switch polarity of the
ears of the molocules in a given area. In doing so it makes all the
molecules spin so fast trying to match polarity that the ear
area(hydrogen) cavitates instantly. I can do a 8 ft square hole in the
water with a triple A battery. I should file a patent before I disclose
much more.
