It would be my opinion that this tax cut has done nothing but transfer
a greater percentage of the wealth from the working class to the rich.
As the country has seen a steady increase in the percentage of wealth
controlled by the few, the tax cuts have hurt the foundation that's
made this country the economic engine for the world.
Also, his tax cuts have done nothing to promote job growth. Under
Bush, we've had one of the longest jobless recoveries ever. If his
tax cuts help spur job growth, it would have happened long before now.
Job growth is a natural occurrence in the business cycle. Bush's
policies have done more to hurt than help.
