Good news, with this global warming thing, it looks like we are going
to have many more places to sail, docking and mooring prices will fall
with more water frontage, the water is going to be deeper..... and
clearer ......and now cooler... and Texas is going to be in the
tropics..I'm starting a coconut plantation. And saving the tops off my
pineapples.

Hurrrrraaayyyy...now if we can just get the magnetic poles to shift
faster.
