Default Cut to shorten - enscapulated keel

I don't have experience with chopping off keels. I do have experience with very
shoal keels. I should say *one* keel. My Tangerine has 2 feet of draft. It doesn't
point very high. I'd guess about 40 degrees. Sometimes it's frustrating to have to
tack so much to get somewhere. Why not just get a trailer with taller bunk boards?
