Interesting. That's how I would describe two local brokers I recently
interviewed: intellectually inept. Fortunately, I was able to do without
their "expertise."


The buyer would have had a better chance if he'd made a signed offer with a
deposit. I would have been surprised if the broker didn't try to run the
price up.
