I hate like hell to even get into this discussion with a "Lawyer", but
George II may not have lied legally but his administration, of which he
is head of, clearly misled the American public. Most people would figure
that a lie or a lack of knowledge. For the President to not know is
unforgivable. To mislead is morally unforgivable. It rates right up
there with "I never had sexual relation with that women!" Legally, that
is.
