We added a small 20ft pontoon to go with our runnabout. It is mainly
setup for fishing with chairs in every corner, but does have a lounge
actoss from the helm. The wife likes it since it is so roomy and easy to
get on and off with the little doors.
Seems like all the pontoons we saw had pretty impressive bimin's as
standard. Ours covers about 7 foot toward the rear of the boat over the
helm and lounge area.. Very nice for just wondering around.

exactly, Jack. I've seen them with the bimini's but I'm kind of liking
the idea of a tractable hard top myself. you can angle them back,
straight up, and even forward , how ever it suits your needs. when
ready to trailor home, you simply lay it forward and down.
That's not a bad idea, though, to have them both!
Good luck on the "hunt" One of the best times in boating is the shopping
:-)

And the day the boat is sold! ;-)
Not for me - I still miss my little 21 ft cuddy. It was a fun boat and
the cuddy can him handy :-) 10 years of trouble free operation too!
