Was all over by 3:00 pm...got about 10 inches of rain..just enough to
drive the snakes out of the woods (someone hacked a water moc in half in
the yard)...the Peninsula faired worse...they had massive surge waves on
the York and VA Beach had a lot of erosion...there are places under
water and the tunnels were full for a while...we didn't have electricity
fro about 12 hours...I think the highest wond gust we had in Carrollton
was about 40 mph but they clocked them in the 60's out at the bay...
