Escapade's water tank holds about 48 gallons. With two aboard, ten gallons
per day usage would last us...little more than two days.

I suppose that is why some people pay the $$ for a
watermaker. Our Irwin 38 only has a 70 gallon
tank. You think that's bad? The holding tank is
only 8 gallons.
