Only 6' long?

Remember, cockpit and helmstation are separate.
You mean aft of the wheel is not the cockpit anymore? That would mean
tiller boats have almost no cockpit and boats with wheel's forward have
2 foot cockpits!!!!
The cockpit is the entire area for crew and helm. You said 6 feet.
No, with a wheel that large you can't consider the helm station part
of the cockpit.
But take another look at the pics and remember that a 7 and a half foot
bunk is under that cockpit.
You keep claiming that but you neglect to consider that the head of
the bunk is actually alongside the companionway, not under the
cockpit. As near as I can tell the cockpit plus the helm is 6 feet,
so the crew space is well under 5 feet, maybe 4'4".
Nothing wrong with that, of course, but you can't claim its a "large
cockpit."
There is also room to dress and a closet in
the aft cabin.
As long as you don't try to stand while you get dressed. Or close the
door.
You're in trouble!
