Scotty, Fuji makes some great cameras, but the A500 is not
one of them.
It suffers from poor focus and shutter lag. What's odd to
me is that
Fuji is all about no shutter lag, good focus and ISO range
on higher
end models, but it has yet to trickle down. The new F30 is
an amazing
P&S from Fuji.
Have you also looked at KEH.com? They sell used gear in
like new
condition. For example, they have a Pentax Optio S50 for
119 bucks.
Optio 555 for 179.00 and so on. Keh.com is a great company
and backs
what they sell.


No, I'll check them out tonight. Have you ever dealt with
'PrestigeCamera'? They have the Z120 at $166. I checked
some reviews on them, over 1000 negatives! Apparently the
place is a real rip-off.
