Need advice on engine coupler
That would be plenty. Most of the boats in that size range I've looked
at have the engine partially below the floor line and seldom have much
space in front of the flywheel. If the boat had a big block as an
option there may be a little more room. It's certainly something I'd
try to do if I thought it was possible.

I'm pretty sure the engine coupler is spun. Does the engine have to
come out to replace this? or can I do it in place?
