Where's the rain?

On the promise of rain today, I dethatched my lawn yesterday and dumped
fertilizer on about 70,000 square feet of yard. This, so I might have
the pleasure of cutting grass the remainder of the year.
So, where's the damned rain?
Who has it?
People with boats should not put fertilizer on their lawns. If you cant
pay someone to fertilize then you cant pay someone to cut it. Skip the
fertilizer and you wont have to cut it so often therefore freeing up time
for boating... Resisting the urge to water the lawn will also increase
the time you have to go boating.. Who cares what the neighbors think!
