Correction. 4 teens.

Yep, taking an 8 foot dinghy and overloading it was both

dumb and
deadly. You don't agree? The Darwin comment refers to

the Darwin
awards.
Golly, Joe. You found nothing.
Find any more criminals to drown?

If it was dumb, and deadly, and they were "taking" someone

elses dink,
don't you think they were responsible?

Tragic...yes

What amazes me is you feel forced to double chain your

dink, to keep
some stupid drunken stealing kids from drowning.

Here in Texas we do not go thru extra efforts because of

the actions of
thiefs, we do not change the way we live to cater to

people that may be
killed stealing.

Tragic that these retards drowned yes, but 9 people drown

every day in
the USA and 99.999 percent are not stealing boats.

Texas provides for the use of deadly force to protect

property from
various forms of damage and from theft.

Seems in NYC they want to throw the book at the Marina,

boat owner, 911
system, ect.ect.ect...

Here most teens understand they have a good chance of

getting killed
stealing.
Now I would never want to have to kill anyone over

stealing, but I do
know it is the thief
who will make the decision for the use of deadly force,

not me.

Seems you NYC people like to be put on a tight leash,

geeeze you can
not even have a trashcan in your marina because some

retard fills it
with paint or battery acid. You all pay for the stupity of

others. Just
look what the 4 kids cost your city. From Hillary trying

to introduce a
bill to spend 50 million dollars, to you double chaining

your dink.
It's a sad state of affairs when you are governed and

controlled by the
actions of the worst in your city.

Face it Rob, the kids left a party, stole a boat, and

drowned. To
bad.... so sad.

Worry about keeping a lifejacket on your own kid, teach

him about
hypothermia and how fast he can die in icy water, and

teach him not to
steal. If the parents of the kids who died did the same

then we would
not be discussing thier deaths.
