(WCCO) Prosecutors charged an Eden Prairie, Minn. bus driver with
second-degree criminal sexual conduct for having sexual conduct with
two juvenile females.

Gary Drake, 47, of Eden Prairie, admitted to sexual conduct with both
children, police said.

On July 13, 66 children and seven chaperones from a summer day camp at
Northwest Athletic Club in Eden Prairie visited the Cascade Bay Water
Park in Eagan, Minn.

Police said while at the water park, Drake had sexual contact with two
girls, ages 5 and 7. Drake was the bus driver for the day camp group.

Police were contacted after the 5-year-old girl told her mother she got
to see "Gary's hot dog". When questioned, the girl told her mother she
and a friend pulled Drake's swimsuit away from his body and reached in
to touch his penis.

The girl's parents contacted the day program. Staffers at the day
program then contacted police.

Police said Drake admitted to allowing the girls to touch him, and
theorized he allowed them to touch him because of "temptation",
prosecutors said.

Drake is being held in the Dakota County Jail. If convicted, he could
face up to 50 years in prison and a $70,000 fine.
