And you will not find a "cite" site, if no charges are pressed then in
the eyes of the law they are not guilty, and no publishers will risk
the liability of calling dead kids thiefs. Most people let it go since
they paid the ultimate price for borrowing without permission.

The only real crime committed that night was by the 911 operator.

Yes..... lets blame everyone but the kids who were the cause of all
the grief. And the parent who could not control thier kids and teach
them to respect others property.
