They should, but it may be hard to launch it while listing
90 degrees.

That pic shows just how little draft they have compared to
what's above the water line. Any word on what caused it?
No not yet, my guess is the engineer FUed and screwed up on ballesting.
Maybe pumped all the fuel to one side ect...Once I asked the engineer
to provide salt water thru the fire system to wash the deck, and he
filled the bilge, almost to the flywheels 6-7 ft. No telling.
I bet some insurance company is boo hooin big time.
