See? It's getting easier and easier to tell the truth, Bubbles.

powerboat, Doug. NEVER ever.
That's OK with me.
.... I prefer to sail,
Doug. It's really as simple as that.
Then why don't you?
For example, there are many active Laser fleets near you.
You could really gain some skills checking in with them.
Last time I sailed a Laser, we were at a fancy sailing
resort. It took a while to shake off the cobwebs but by the
end of the day, I'd won a bottle of champagne which we
enjoyed at dinner. This was in a fleet that included a
couple of college sailors. Another of the racers was the
professional captain of a 100' custom Swan, one of the few
professional yacht captains I've met who was a cut-throat
dinghy racer. It was a lot of fun.
This was one of the warm-up races, with the college sailors.
I bet a few people in this group will instantly recognize
where this place is.

... You prefer to use an engine.
Nothing like a good engine when you want to get somewhere.
Stick to daydreaming Bubbles.
