Default Outstanding new waterfront restaurant in Seattle !

I'm still wondering where the Creole part fits in. I have several favorite
Cuban dishes - and restaurants. Some (evidently) have other Spanish influences
- maybe Nicaraguan.

"Cuban Creole"??? Living very close to Miami, I have never heard of
that one. Is that a mix of Cuban and Haitian food or have they made up
a new cuisine?

If you haven't already done so, check out the Little
Havana restaurant in the 12000 block of Biscayne Blvd in North Miami.
I've been enjoying lunches and dinneres there for years. It's the real
deal; the place is always full of Cuban families. If you are lucky, you
might get seated in the front dining room near a huge Cuban family party
and be invited to join in.

Very, very reasonable prices, too.
