Well.. I've isolated the problem to the Tail Light Converter... both
blinker wires going in to it shows voltage by itself, but on the output
(trailer connection) side, both blinkers will blink simultaneously,
though the one that ISNT supposed to blink will still blink (but still
not as bright)

My guess is.. some sort of short in inside.
