That's just it - it doesn't work. If you haul the sail all the way up on a
Neptune 16 the gooseneck is above the feed slot. The sail is original stock,
not shortened. It's the only boat I've seen like that.

All I can figure is that the sail is not to be hauled all the way up. Any
advice, suggestions, commments or insults are appreciated.

I don't own a boat, this is my friend's boat.
