Default Is Mooron Blue?

Tidal flushing action in your area is quite weak compared to the peak 4
knot currents of the LIS, and higher at other depths.

Tsk Tsk Tsk.... we have the deepest ocean port on Canada's East coast.
Despite having only a population of just over 500 thousand it's a major
container, fuel, auto and military port.

Meanwhile, your coastal area is a straight washup like any other and
not clean.

Areas outside Halifax Harbour border on the open Atlantic.... is that what
you mean by "straight wash up" ????

The LIS waters are among the cleanest swimming waters around, which is
part of the reason why we have a much larger boating community and
history than you.

First off Halifax has been a city far longer than NYC.... second we have a
much older sailing history than NYC.... and the only reason you have more
boats is because you have 20 million people compared to our 500 thousand.

Last but not least.... LIS is a sewage ******** and has elevated fecal
coliform levels as well as bio waste and a super elevated toxin release
potential trapped in the 10 meters of silt covering the bottom of your
sewage lagoon. Swim in the LIS??? I don't think so... and I wouldn't swim
in Halifax Harbour either!

Face it Bobsprit... you sail in a Sewage Lagoon!
