That is a VERY inefficient speed.....Can you plane that thing with the
425s? I have a 48' Ocean with 671s (485 HP) and at 22 Kts I burn 22
GPH per side (2 gallons/NM) If I slow to 6 or 7 kts I got to 1 NM/Gal.
She weighs about 50,000 Lbs

You are paying what, about $3.50 a gallon? $1400? To go 110 miles?
