Roger and others: This is what worked for me when I added a second
internal halyard. I tried fishing weights and a bicycle chain - no
joy. What worked: pencil zinc. Drill hole lengthwise for string. Grind
top and bottom profiles into football shape. Try to zero-out any mast
rake (several fat people on the bow). Remove halyard exit plate for
more access. Try listing port/stb. Good luck. Hank
